How supply is arranged

This site takes no payment. Verified accounts request supply through the research desk; we confirm availability, lot and pricing in writing, and invoice directly. A request placed here is not an accepted order until we confirm it.

Cold chain

Compounds ship cold-chain to preserve material integrity in transit, with temperature-controlled packaging and tracked, insured delivery. A cold-chain handling charge applies per shipment and is quoted with your invoice.

Storage on receipt

Store lyophilized vials at -20°C, protected from light. Material is stable at 2-8°C short-term for shipping. Handle under standard institutional research protocols with appropriate PPE.

Returns

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials shipped cold-chain directly to your facility, opened or reconstituted items cannot be accepted back. If a shipment arrives damaged, visibly compromised in transit, or does not match what was confirmed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@skinni.me with the lot number and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or credit.
